At Ace Decor, we want to make it simple for you to understand how our warranty works and how you can use it with confidence.

Which Products Come with a Warranty?

Every product eligible for a manufacturer's warranty is covered by that warranty. We stand behind the quality of our items with a 2-year warranty against defects starting from the date of purchase.

Your product will be serviced or updated based on its wear and tear, and often, a small fee is all it takes to keep your item in great shape.

Please note: Our warranties apply only to items purchased directly through the Ace Decor website, not through third-party marketplaces like eBay or Amazon.

Manufacturing Faults

At Ace Decor Bath, all our products are thoughtfully designed by some of the world's top designers and crafted to the highest standards. If you notice any manufacturing faults, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We'll take care of it as quickly as possible—because your satisfaction matters most.

Need Parts?

Some of our items come with a lifetime warranty, but the parts within all our products have a limited 6-month warranty. If you ever need to replace a part, simply email us at sales@acedecorbath.com. Just have the part number ready—it's usually listed in the instruction manual—to make the process smooth and easy.

Warranty Exceptions

If you report a fault, our team will carefully inspect the product. If the issue is found to be caused by damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear beyond warranty coverage, the warranty will be void. In these cases, the product will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
