Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, following the US holiday calendar.
 
Standard shipping will use UPS/Fedex Ground or other economic shipping service provider in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii. The shipping time follows the carrier's service term.
 
Our goal is to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers' orders. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern our shipping practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
 

Shipping Methods and Time Frames

We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 5-9 business days to ship within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
 

Free Shipping  (Lower 48 US States Only)

Shipping is free on all of our products but limited to the lower 48 US states; we cannot deliver to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

We use third-party delivery partners as the delivery method for all our orders. Currently, we are not able to offer expedited shipping or 2-day shipping on any of our products.

UPS/FedEx Default Delivery Services

General item(s) is delivered Monday to Friday. Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage).

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
 

Order Cancellation:

Time Limit: Customers can cancel their orders for free within 24 hours of order placement or while the order status remains unshipped. If the order has been shipped and has a tracking status, a cancellation fee will be charged (the fee depends on the cost to intercept the order).
Refund: Please refer to our refund policy.

Address Change:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct:
 
Within 24 hours of order placement or while the order status remains unshipped, you can modify your shipping address.
For address changes while in transit, we may charge a handling fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email that you can use to track the delivery status of your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious in nature.
 

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.
 

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and provide a solution.
 

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please refer to our return policy for information on how to do so. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
