At Ace Decor, we process all orders within 2 business days, taking into account US holidays to ensure smooth handling.

We use trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx Ground for standard shipping within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery times follow the carrier's schedule.

Shipping Methods and Time Frames


At Ace Decor, we offer standard shipping that usually takes 5–9 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.



Free Shipping (Lower 48 US States Only)


We're happy to offer free shipping on all our products within the lower 48 US states. Please note, we currently cannot deliver to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

We partner with trusted third-party carriers for all deliveries. While we don't offer expedited or 2-day shipping at this time, we strive to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.



UPS/FedEx Default Delivery Services


Standard deliveries are made Monday through Friday, typically within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries aren't usually made on weekends or holidays. Our carriers will leave your package at the first ground-level entryway outside your home—such as your front door, porch, or garage.



Order Processing Time


Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing may take a little longer.



Order Cancellation


We want to make managing your order as easy as possible. You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it or while it's still unshipped. If your order has already shipped and has a tracking number, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the cost to intercept the package.

Address Change


Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. You can update your address within 24 hours of ordering or while your order remains unshipped. If you need to change the address while the package is in transit, a handling fee may apply.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and do not offer international shipping.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us right away. We'll investigate and work with you to find a solution.

4. Return Shipping 

For returns, please check our return policy for guidance. Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
