General Return


At Ace Decor, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can start a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return or exchange shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. 

To help us process your return smoothly, please keep the original packaging—check out our "Why Should I Keep the Original Packaging" page for more details. Items must be: 

  • In brand-new condition
  • Unassembled and unused
  • Complete, with no missing parts
  • With original tags and packaging intact

The 30-day return window starts from the delivery date shown on the carrier's website for each item, not from the order date. Returns requested after this period won't be accepted.

Some items can't be returned, including: 

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized products
  • Offline purchases or items not sold on our website
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Assembled or disassembled items
  • Items missing original packaging or with heavily damaged packaging

Please remember, unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded and will be sent back upon arrival at our returns center.



What you need to know before starting a general return


At Ace Decor, we want your return process to be as smooth as possible. Here's a few important things to keep in mind: 

  • Please keep all original packaging and wrapping materials—it helps protect your item during return.
  • When repackaging, try to match how your item arrived to meet carrier guidelines. For larger pieces, you might need to prepare a pallet.
  • Additional services like doorway drop-off or white glove delivery are non-refundable for returns.
  • To help us assess your return, please provide clear photos of the product, its original box, and the internal packing.
  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item has a quality issue.
  • In some areas, we offer prepaid return labels—if not, you'll need to handle shipping yourself. Any prepaid shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Faulty or Damaged Products


At Ace Decor, we want every piece you receive to be perfect. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

If you notice an issue—like a leaking shower door, faucet, or any damage to your furniture—please contact our customer service within 48 hours. Sending clear photos or a short video of the problem, including the product, packaging, and shipping labels, will help us resolve your case quickly.

We recommend submitting any product concerns within 30 days of delivery, along with the required photos, to ensure smooth handling. Issues reported after 30 days may be harder to address due to factors beyond our control. 

Please note, repair costs won't be covered if unauthorized handyman services are used.



Supplement Terms


At Ace Decor, we want your order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If any items are damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 3 business days. Be sure to keep the item and packaging until the issue is resolved.

If a package can't be delivered due to reasons like refusal, incorrect address, or missing signature, and this causes reshipping or cancellation, you'll be responsible for any extra handling or shipping fees incurred.



How to Return Items


At Ace Decor, we're here to make your return as easy as possible. Just follow these simple steps: 

  1. Reach out to Ace Decor customer service through your order and explain the return reason.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely, using the original packaging and making sure all parts are included.
  3. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method, and share the tracking number and carrier with us—this helps speed up your refund.
  4. After your return is approved, we'll send you a confirmation email along with a return label. Please follow the instructions to complete your return.
  5. Don't send your item back before getting authorization or the return label from us—that address is the only valid one for returns.
  6. We'll email you the return address and label once your return is approved.
  7. Expect a notification email within 3–5 business days after we receive your item(s). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note, credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. Avoid initiating a chargeback during the return process, as this can cause delays.
