Install Glass Breakage Insurance

For added peace of mind during installation, we offer optional Glass Breakage Insurance for a one-time fee of $19.90. When purchased at checkout, this insurance covers the following eligible issues, including free replacement and shipping.

What's Covered

1. Accidental Glass Breakage or Door Damage During Installation

If your shower door is damaged or the glass breaks during installation, we will replace the entire shower door set free of charge. Clear photos or video evidence of the issue are required.

2. Damaged or Incorrectly Cut Hardware

If any hardware is damaged during installation, or if items such as the rail are cut incorrectly, we will send free replacement parts to help complete the installation.

3. Wrong Size or Color Ordered

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, we offer one-time free replacement of the entire shower door set in the correct size or color, including return and re-shipping costs.

Important Notes

• This insurance must be purchased with the original order and cannot be added after checkout.
• This protection is currently available for shower door orders only.
• Each protection plan includes one eligible replacement service.
• Photos, videos, and order information may be required for review.
• Intentional damage, misuse, or unrelated damage is not covered.

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, please contact our service team at sales@acedecorbath.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of what happened. Our team will review the information and assist with the eligible replacement and shipping arrangement.
