I received the matte black, wall mounted towel warmer with square metal post design. I think the square cross pieces look nice and hold towels better than round hangers. I mounted this rack above my toilet and quickly realized you have to mount the rack high enough so towels on the lower racks don't drape on your toilet tank.
The install instructions are easy to follow.
At first I wasn't quite sure how to use it, but after asking customer service, the issue was resolved.
I was originally going to give it a 5-star rating, but the product manual states “1-24 hours/always on.” What I specifically wanted was the “always-on” feature, but this product doesn't have it. However, this also means it's relatively secure, which is acceptable.

If you want to hardwire this rack you'll need a wall switch gang box exactly where one of the lower attachment "feet" is placed for hanging the rack.
