Initially, I encountered some installation issues because I didn't read the manual carefully. The customer service representative patiently walked me through the steps, which was really thoughtful. Due to our bathroom layout, I actually built a movable shelf to hold it—so I guess I came up with my own little innovation. As for the actual drying performance, it definitely gets the job done, which is what matters most in the end. I especially love the thicker part (mainly the small rod for hanging towels) and its rotating feature.

I love this design because it allows you to install It in more places. Centering the main pole in the middle was brilliant (as opposed to both the sides). It heats up quickly and turns your bathroom into a spa.

While the towel rack performs exceptionally well, I encountered a minor issue with the installation method. In my view, the plastic mounting brackets seemed to be the weak point for this rather heavy towel rack. After reporting this to customer service, it turned out the parts I received were damaged. The support team promptly mailed me new, undamaged components, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. That said, once installed and in use, it truly excels at heating and drying towels.
All parts were well organized and the manual was clear and easy to follow.
